The apartment is newly renovated and fully tiled. All furniture, and utensils are included within the rent. Electricity & Water bills (utility bills) will be separately charged. Safe parking facilities are available in front of the apartment.
Convenient, safe, peaceful and vibrant neighborhood with all religious and ethnic groups. Supermarkets, shopping, banks, hospitals, playground & religious places are very closer to the apartment in a small town.
Buses to the Colombo city starts within the neighborhood. Long distance buses to either direction easily taken from bus stops at the Galle Road.

Rent details are as below
1. For visitors daily rent – 8,000 LKR/ day / 3 persons – (30,000 LKR refundable key money)
2. For students/ workers – 15,000 LKR/person/month (with two months refundable key money)– up to three people can be accommodated
3. For family 35,000LKR/month with 6months key money as refundable deposit
Any requirement can be negotiated.
